These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RRSRealtyGroup.com (the "Site") and the agent‑matching service offered by RRS Realty Group ("RRS," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting our form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What We Do
RRS Realty Group is a referral and matching service. We connect homeowners and buyers in Southeast Wisconsin with independent, licensed third‑party real estate agents. RRS is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate brokerage services. All real estate services are performed by the independent licensed agents you are matched with, who are solely responsible for those services. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any agreement, transaction, advice, or relationship between you and a matched agent.

Content on the Site, including our guides, is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions about buying or selling property.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site and submit our form. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Your Submissions
When you submit our form, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You authorize us to share the details you provide with one or more matched agents so they may contact you. You are responsible for the information you submit and for your interactions with any agent.
Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting our form, you consent to be contacted by RRS Realty Group and your matched agent(s) at the phone number and email address you provide, including by calls, prerecorded or autodialed messages, and text (SMS) messages, regarding your real estate inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or opt out of other communications by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Text Message (SMS) Program Terms
If you provide your mobile number and consent, RRS Realty Group (and the agent you're matched with) may send you text messages related to your real estate inquiry, such as confirming your request, introducing your matched agent, and following up.
- Program description: Account and inquiry‑related messages about your real estate request and agent match.
- Message frequency: Varies based on your inquiry and our follow‑up; there is no set number of messages.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email rrsrealtygroup@gmail.com.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: We do not sell your mobile information. See our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to: submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization; violate any law; interfere with or disrupt the Site; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use automated means to scrape or harvest data. We may suspend or terminate access for any misuse.
Intellectual Property
The Site, including its text, design, logos, and graphics, is owned by RRS Realty Group or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our prior written permission, except for your own personal, non‑commercial use.

The Site may link to or rely on third‑party websites and services (for example, our form provider). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms and policies.

The Site and our matching service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error‑free, or that you will be matched with an agent, that any match will meet your needs, or that any transaction will result.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RRS Realty Group and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our service, or your dealings with any matched agent. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RRS Realty Group from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any matched agent.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
